The Care and Prayer Ministry offers hope and help in times of pain or crisis for families, singles, children & adults of all ages through Spiritual Guidance and Pastoral Care. We also provide pastoral guidance, support and services for weddings and funerals.

Prayer Ministry
The Prayer Ministry exists to empower the five purposes of Portland Foursquare Church through the active practice of prayer. This is accomplished by giving every member and attendee at PDX4 the opportunity to learn and live out what it means to be a person of prayer. Prayer Teams pray in small groups every Sunday morning for the worship service. Phone chain and E-mail Team is made up of individuals who receive prayer requests regularly.
